This project is the nitrogen supply unit of 2030mm cold rolling engineering annealing furnace, adopting EPC general contracting mode of design, procurement and construction with turnkey. 2 sets of 8000Nm3/h nitrogen purification systems, 2 sets of 650m3 accident nitrogen tank storage systems, 2 sets of 250m3 nitrogen compressor systems, pipelines, valves, electrical components and supporting facilities between the spherical tank and the nitrogen compressor, and all auxiliary systems within the boundary shall be constructed.

Scope of the bidder need to contract for all equipment and related supporting facilities of the technology, civil engineering and design, equipment material supply, construction, installation and debugging, commissioning, and including the heat load commissioning, trial operation, functional evaluation, personnel training, technical services until completion inspection and acceptance of qualified, and defect repair, and in the quality guarantee period of the whole process of engineering quality guarantee/warranty obligations turn-key project.
